Welcome to the Eastern Oregon Livestock Show Online Entry System. We use this system to do show entries, obtain 4-H entry fees, and run our show.

*** Possession is now done through Google Forms, so there is no need to upload any photos to ShoWorks. All forms (possession, lease forms) are available on our website: https://extension.oregonstate.edu/4h/union/eastern-oregon-livestock-show-4-h-show-information#Forms

How To Begin
Review changes to the Rules and Schedule. Please reference the EOLS Show Book for information. More details can be found on the Union County Extension website https://extension.oregonstate.edu/4h/union/eastern-oregon-livestock-show.
Register First Year - Start by creating a log-in. Each Exhibitor needs an individual account. Everyone is a new exhibitor when first creating your account. You will need to input your information and select a password; we suggest using the number 1 as it is easier to remember and allows FFA advisors to input entries for exhibitors, if necessary.

Entries After Year One - After the first year, you will only need to log in with your password and then check your information is correct (All 2025 exhibitors are still in the database.). Please check the mailing address as that is where exhibitor auction checks will be mailed. Phone and email are also important as we send reminders for the show on both. If you are logging in as an exhibitor who has previously attended, please use the number 1 as your password. All passwords are reset each year to avoid log-in issues (forgotten passwords, etc).
If you do not remember your password, DO NOT create another account. Please call or email for assistance.
Families with Multiple Exhibitors – can use Quick Group to add multiple exhibitors to one shopping cart. When using “Quick Group” you will still need to register each exhibitor individually as well as process their order individually, but you can pay for an all-in-one combined shopping cart.
Club Leaders – choose a club from the drop-down list and enter your password. If you do not know your club password, please reach out to Shelby or call the office and we can retrieve it for you.

Entries – Choose your Division (4-H/FFA)
Begin adding entries. You will be able to complete all entries at possession this year. This includes possession and all classes. Livestock judging and stalling will be done at the show.
When you finish entries, choose to continue to review your cart. At this point, you can delete classes, add entries, check out, or save your cart for later.
When you are ready to check out review your information and type “YES” in the required box and click the submit button.
Payment - There will be a $15 entry fee per 4-H exhibitor, no matter how many clubs they enter with, they only pay once (FFA does not pay, please check with your advisor for the code before checking out). Payment must be made at entry checkout this year and will not be an option at show check-in. This fee is required for all 4-H exhibitors and is non-refundable.
To complete the order, you will need your debit/credit card to make payment at the end of the shopping cart. We will not have the option to “Pay Later”. You can, however, SAVE the cart for later and allow the actual payment processor to complete the process.
You do not need to enter stalling information.
*** Stalling will be assigned based on the number of entries for club/county in each species.

HELP - For 4-H assistance email your questions to Shelby Benson at shelby.benson@oregonstate.edu subject line “EOLS ShoWorks help!” and we will respond as quickly as possible.
        • FFA members with questions should contact Hailee Jameson at hailee.jameson@unionsd5.org. She can advise all FFA changes.
Entries can be made by members, club leaders, or advisors using the exhibitor or club login. After reading these instructions if you still have questions, contact the Union County Extension Office at 541-963-1010 or email Shelby.
