Welcome to the Eastern Oregon Livestock Show Online Entry System. We use this system to do show entries, obtain 4-H entry fees, and run our show.

How To Begin
Review changes to the rules, classes, and schedule referenced in the EOLS Show Book for information. More details can be found on the Union County Extension website https://extension.oregonstate.edu/4h/union/eastern-oregon-livestock-show.
    • Register First Year - Start by creating a login. Each Exhibitor needs an individual account. Everyone is a new exhibitor when first creating your account. You will need to input your information and select a password; we suggest using 1 as it is easier to remember.
    • Entries After Year One - After the first year, you will only need to log in with your password and then check that your information is correct (All 2025 exhibitors are still in the database.). Especially check the mailing address, as that is where exhibitor auction checks will be mailed. Phone and email are also important as we send reminders for the show on both.

    •  Families with Multiple Exhibitors – can use the quick group to add multiple exhibitors to one shopping cart. When using “Quick Group,” you will still need to register each exhibitor individually as well as process their order individually, but you can use a pay-for-all-in-one shopping cart.
    • Club Leaders – choose the club from drop down list and enter your password (it should be 1).
    • Passport – Users may sign up with Passport as well. This allows you to house all show information in one place for multiple shows (details like how old a ewe lamb is you showed at another show) and is free.
 Registering for classes/entries:
    1. Choose your Division (4-H/FFA)
    2. Begin adding entries. This includes all classes except livestock judging. It and stalling will be done at the show.
    3. When you finish entries, choose to continue to review your cart. At this point, you can delete classes, add entries, check out, or save your cart for later. We can add or delete classes for you after this time by you sending us an email karie.kelley@oregonstate.edu or calling the office at 541-963-1010.
    4. When you are ready to check out, review your information and type “YES” in the required box and click the submit button.
 
Payment - There will be a $15 entry fee per 4-H exhibitor, no matter how many clubs they enter with or how many classes they register for; they only pay once. You may pay through the paypal link here on ShoWorks. No payments will be taken at the show.
 
*** Payment must be made at entry checkout this year and will not be an option at show check-in. This fee is required for all 4-H exhibitors and is non-refundable.
 
   *** FFA does not pay; please check with your advisor for the code before checking out.
 
To complete the order, you will need your debit/credit card to make payment at the end of the shopping cart. We will not have the option to “Pay Later”. You can, however SAVE the cart for later and allow the actual payment processor to complete the process.
 
Stalls:
Stalls will be assigned based on animal number per club/county. You do not need to entry stalling information.
